2. Website delivery and server logs
When this website is accessed, the selected hosting provider processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer and browser/system information. The purpose is secure and stable website delivery, generally on the basis of our legitimate interest in operational security and error analysis under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The final hosting provider, server location, retention period and any processors must be added before publication.
3. Contact form and email
Information submitted when contacting us is processed to handle your enquiry and develop a possible project. Where this is necessary for steps prior to entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The supplied website does not store form contents in its own database; technically necessary server and mail logs of the hosting or mail provider may still be generated.
4. Cookies and local storage
The current version does not include analytics, marketing or advertising cookies or external tracking services. To avoid displaying the cookie notice on every page view after you have acknowledged it, the item tenergis_cookie_notice_v1 is stored locally in your browser. This is technically necessary for the requested preference and is requested again after no more than 180 days. You can reopen the notice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer and clear the stored preference.
4a. Internal aggregate page-view statistics
For internal evaluation, a counter for the respective language version is increased when the German, English or Polish home page is loaded. This self-hosted counter stores no IP address, user agent, referrer or visitor ID and sets no cookies for this count. Only language, page-view count, date and update time are stored. The statistics are visible only in a password-protected internal area.
5. External services
Fonts, graphics and scripts in the supplied version are hosted locally. If analytics, maps, video, social media or other external services are added later, this privacy policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before those services are activated.
6. Recipients and retention
Personal data is shared with service providers only where required for hosting, email communication or handling an enquiry. The final hosting and mail service providers must be named before launch. Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligation applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or an authority at your habitual residence or place of work.
